Wildcat Ridge Trail

This "terrifying" section of the Appalachian Trail (2200 feet of elevation gain) climbs up and over rock and wood steps, a ladder, steep ledges, and a chimney.  There are lovely views to be had, and there is also significant danger if this trail is wet or icy.  I feel bad for all those thru-hikers who have to do this trek with their large backpacks.

Remember one needs to do the entire trail for the T25. That rule applies to every trail on the list.

Looking back down the trail.
