Subway (King Ravine Trail)
This little path (which will take far more time to navigate than you anticipate) branches off the main part of King Ravine Trail right at the floor of King Ravine (between Adams and Madison, north-northwest). It's a 220-yard stretch of boulder caves and crazy scrambling. There are huge gaps between these boulders that can swallow a dog or a small adult -- don't underestimate this route simply because it's short. Consider taking along a partner in case you fall into one of those gaps...
